The Agency is responsible for the management of programmes and projects financed by the state budget, the EU and other international donors. The CPMA also has the function of being the Central purchasing body in Lithuania. Our experience is shared through international trainings.

Sharing our long-term practical experience in management of programmes and projects financed from the European Union and other financial sources to similar institutions in other countries receiving EU financial support.
The Central Project Management Agency proposes trainings based on long practical work and experience of the CPMA employees in administering complex EU and other donors’ financial assistance programmes and projects to other countries.
CPMA is responsible for the management of financial assistance funds provided by the European Union, international financial institutions and other international and local donors.
Implementing eGovernment, transparency and environmental initiatives in public procurement by providing centralized public procurement services and electronic tools to public and private sectors and performing market analysis.
The Government of Lithuania gave the mandate to the CPMA to provide the methodological and advisory assistance to public-private partnership issues. The Public-Private Partnership center of competence was set up on the 1st of March 2010.
