Objective of the project | The overall objective of the project is to strengthen the administrative capacity of the DIS key operating structure to cope with the requirements for programming, identification, implementation planning and management of EU funds under the IPA Regulation.
The purpose of this contract is as to assist NIPAC office, CFCD, National Fund/NAO, as well as SPOs, IPA Structures/Working Groups in the Line Ministries/Beneficiary institutions in strengthening their capacities for effective and efficient implementation of assigned responsibilities for IPA, particularly in programming of programmes/projects funded under IPA National programmes, financial management, control environment and technical implementation of IPA funds in the country.
| | Requirements | Qualifications and skills • Education of minimum University degree in economics, business, finance, law, political science or public administration (Master would be considered an advantage ) or 11 years of experience in the areas of programming activities and/or capacity building of National Institutions; • Fluency in written and spoken English.
General professional experience • Minimum 7 years of professional experience in the area of programming activities and/or capacity building of National Institutions;
Specific professional experience • Preferably 5 years of experience in capacity-building support and programming activities; • Experience in dealing with different EU instruments/programmes for external assistance and Structural and Cohesion funds ; • Experience in drafting/updating Project Fiches, Terms of References, Twinning Fiches, Operational Programmes, Strategies, and/or Action Plans; • Experience in working with the structures relevant to DIS/EDIS management is an advantage. | | Contacts | Please send us this required CV form to
