Objective of the project | Overall objective The global objective is to enable the administration of Serbia to take an active and effective role in the preparation of financial co-operation programmes and projects financed by the EU, and in their technical and financial implementation within the framework of the Decentralised Implementation System (DIS). | | Requirements | Qualifications and skills - University graduate degree in economics, business administration, or related field or equivalent professional experience
General professional experience - Minimum of 10 years of general work experience
Specific professional experience - Minimum of 5 years of experience in monitoring of EU assistance programmes, preferably in the context of pre-accession funds and corresponding experience in participating in evaluation of these programmes as inputs to the work of the JMCs or alternatively in DG ELARG interim evaluation projects or equivalent projects for Structural/Cohesion funds
- Thorough verifiable knowledge of the EC project cycle management and implementation modalities of IPA or PHARE or ISPA or SAPARD or Structural and Cohesion Funds
