Objective of the project | Overall objective The global objective is to enable the administration of Serbia to take an active and effective role in the preparation of financial co-operation programmes and projects financed by the EU, and in their technical and financial implementation within the framework of the Decentralised Implementation System (DIS). | | Requirements | Qualifications and skills - University graduate degree or equivalent professional experience
General professional experience - Minimum of 10 years of general work experience
Specific professional experience - Minimum of 3 years of practical work in a CFCU or some other PHARE or ISPA and/or SAPARD implementing agency in management, senior operational or advisory capacity
- Active participation in at least one DIS/ EDIS accreditation processes in other countries.
- Thorough knowledge of the EC procurement procedures (Practical Guide).
