Trainings for 2012

General approach and Preparation of Twinning projects, 1 module

(Dates: 13-14 November 2012)

This seminar is a two-day event where the trainees will be acquainted with the main Twinning Principals, Twinning Project and Preparation of Twinning Proposal and Contract. At the end of the seminar, participants should have a clear understanding of what is the Twinning project in general, how to prepare the Twinning proposal and contract, including detailed management of procedures and best practices for implementation.

Implementation of Twinning projects, 2 module

(Dates: 15-16 November 2012)

This is further training on Twinning Budget, Management of Twinning Projects, Financial Management and Control, procedures for Twinning Light projects. At the end of the seminar, participants should have a clear understanding of how to prepare the Twinning budget, including detailed financial management of Twinning and Twining Ligt procedures and best practices for implementation.

Training PRAG

The seminar consists of 3 modules: Services, Supplies and Works. The participants will be presented with the rules of the PRAG and will gain the practical knowledge in preparation of corresponding documentation.
