Programme Management

Programme ManagementCentral Project Management Agency is in charge of management of programmes and projects, financed from the European Union, international organizations, state budget and other financial sources.

Management of financial assistance

At the moment CPMA is responsible for the management of the following programmes:

EU structural assistance for the period 2007-2013

The budget amounts 1,94 billion EUR. The implementation period lasts from 2007 till 2015.

EU structural assistance for the period 2004-2006

The budget amounts 295 million EUR. The implementation period lasts from 2004 till 2008.

European Economic Area Financial Mechanism and Norwegian Financial Mechanism for the period 2004-2009

The budget amounts 66,6 million EUR. The implementation period lasts from 2005 till 2011.

Lithuanian – Swiss Cooperation Programme

The budget amounts 43,44 million EUR. The implementation period lasts from 2007 till 2017.

Ignalina Programme for the period 2007-2013

The budget amounts 0,84 billion EUR. The implementation period lasts from 2007 till 2013.

Ignalina Programme for the period 2004-2006

The budget amounts 46,92 million EUR. The implementation period terminates 30th November 2010.

External Borders Fund for the period 2007-2013

The budget amounts 43,27 million EUR. The implementation period lasts from 2007 till 2015.

Special Transit Scheme for the period 2007-2013

The budget amounts 108 million EUR. The implementation period lasts from 2007 till 2015.

European Return Fund for the period 2008-2013

The budget amounts 5 million EUR. The implementation period lasts from 2008 till 2015.

Transition Facility

The budget amounts 37,65 million EUR. 33,42 million EUR were absorbed during the implementation period from 2004 till 2008.

CPMA was previously responsible for the management of the following programmes:

PHARE programme

The budget amounted 128 million EUR. The implementation period lasted from 1997 till 2003.

Schengen Facility for the period 2004-2006

The budget amounted 617,4 million LT. 609,6 million LT were absorbed during the implementation period from 1st May 2004 till 30th September 2007.

Special Kaliningrad Transit Programme

The budget amounted 40 million EUR. 37,7 million EUR were absorbed during the implementation period from 1st May 2004 till 30th June 2008.
