EU project EuropeAid 124602/C/SER/AZ ‚Implementation of Twinning and TAIEX Operations in Azerbaijan‘

Central Project Management Agency in consortium with European Consultants Organisation (ECO) and East West Consulting (EWC) participates in the implementation of the EU project EuropeAid/124602/C/SER/AZ ‚Implementation of Twinning and TAIEX Operations in Azerbaijan‘.

 The 24 months-long project with the budget of 1.000.000 EUR runs from October 2007 till October 2009. The overall objective of the project is to support the capacity of Azerbaijan to make the best use of Institutional Twinning and TAIEX instruments. The project will provide the Azerbaijani administration (Twinning and TAIEX Programme Administration Office – PAO) with the required expertise to manage effectively and efficiently a twinning programme which is in its start-up phase as well as the TAIEX instrument.
