Public-Private Partnership Competence Centre
Public private partnership (PPP) is one of the possibilities to finance development and maintenance of the public infrastructure and public services, widely applied in international practice. CPMA (Central Project Management Agency) performs the functions of the PPP Competence Centre and helps to create legal, administrative and institutional conditions in Lithuania, necessary for development of effective partnership. CPMA also organizes trainings in this field for public administration institutions, initiating and implementing the PPP projects. PPP Competence Centre has been established within the scope of the project „Promotion of Public-private partnership“, being implemented together with Ministry of Finance and financed by the EU structural funds.
Our competence
Experts of the PPP Competence Centre are trained in the UK, USA and international training institutions, and have accumulated experience, providing the advice and consultancy to initiate and develop PPP projects in Lithuania, assessing feasibility studies and other preparatory Project documentation.
