Lidija Kašubienė
Managing Director of the Central Project Management Agency since 2012. MS. Lidija Kašubienė has over 17 years of experience in leading successful organizations and managing international teams. Throughout her career she led the programs funded by various international donors and the Lithuanian budget, her portfolio of strategic activities holds Public private partnerships and international development cooperation activities too. She is a highly skilled manager with a demonstrated history of working in the non-profit organization management field. Her main focus is to apply new management techniques to reach more effectiveness of public investments and to adopt good governance practices. Ms. Kašubienė works closely with the authorities to make the use of public investment more efficient and is constantly expanding her leadership experience by working with the country’s business leaders.
Ms. Lidija Kašubienė holds Quality assurance MA from Kaunas University of Technology and Finance management BA from the same university.
