As we already know, the Culture programme aims to improve access to cultural, artistic and creative activities, enhancing knowledge and good practice in cultural heritage management, as well as the development of local cultural entrepreneurship skills in the regions of Lithuania. The Culture programme seeks to encourage project promoters to initiate and take part in international cultural cooperation.
