EU4Belarus – Support to Advanced Learning and Training (SALT)

Project type: Indirect management programme
Years: 2021-2025
Budget: 4 mln. euro
Leader: CPMA
CPMA role: responsible of supporting students and professionals affected by the current political crisis in Belarus to access EU based universities and institutes of higher professional education to continue their academic education or to enrol short-term training courses.
Project purpose: to contribute towards re-enforcing resilience to achieve civic empowerment and sustainable economic growth in Belarus
Specific objectives: to foster people-to-people contacts by increasing access to scholarships and stipends for studies and professional exposure and retraining in the EU

EU4Belarus – Support to Advanced Learning and Training (SALT II)

Project type: Indirect management programme
Years: 2022-2025
Budget: 14 mln. EUR
Leader: CPMA
CPMA role: The Action will implement scholarship and academic scholarship scheme for Belarusian students, fellowship mobility programme for scientists, grant scheme for scientists’ projects, development of distance learning hub, grant scheme for trainings for professionals, establishment of School for Economics and Business Studies IPM/BEROC, promote and facilitate networking and cooperation between different Belarus initiatives in the area of education. The Action will be implemented in close collaboration with selected EU Member States (EU MS) and independent Belarusian civil society organisations (CSOs) working in education field.
Project purpose: To promote mobility and people-to-people contacts for Belarusian youth, academics, and professionals to benefit from access to higher education and opportunities for lifelong-learning compliant with the EU standards and values.

EU4Belarus – Support to Advanced Learning and Training (SALT III)

Project type: Indirect management programme
Years: 2023-2027
Budget: 9,4 mln. EUR
Leader: CPMA
CPMA role: The Action will implement scholarship scheme for Belarusian students, support scheme for Belarusians for training and retraining opportunities, grant scheme for academic research projects for Belarusian professors and researchers,  grant scheme to provide education services for Belarusians, promote and facilitate networking and cooperation between different Belarusian initiatives in the area of education. The Action will be implemented in close collaboration with selected EU Member States (EU MS) and independent Belarusian civil society organisations (CSOs) working in education field.
Project purpose: To support Belarusian students and professionals in accessing modern quality education, training and learning opportunities.

EU4Belarus: Support to the European Humanities University

Project type: Indirect management programme
Years: 2021-2024
Budget: 4 mln. euro
Leader: Lithuania CPMA
CPMA role: CPMA manages EHU Multidonor Trust Fund that seeks to consolidate donors‘ support and make it more transparent. CPMA also runs Technical Assistance programe to help EHU with efficient implementation of EHU Action Plan. CPMA experts facilitate EHU efforts in seeking study and research quality and becoming more self sustainable High Education Insitution.
Project purpose: To contribute towards re-enforcing resilience to achieve civic empowerment and sustainable economic growth in Belarus
Specific objective: To support EHU to implement an ambitious programme of change and development: consolidating the EHU’s profile and reputation for providing a high-quality learning and teaching experience, expansion of activities in the sphere of research, innovation and outreach.
