Project purpose: Conduct in-depth review of Georgian Telecommunication Regulatory frameworks redefine relevant markets in the electronic communications sector that are susceptible to ex ante regulation define broadband regulatory approach, conduct a feasibility study to assess the necessity of Universal Service provision, according to the EU Regulatory Framework and Europe 2020 Initiative “The Digital Agenda for Europe”.
