Strengthening the Regulatory Capacity of the National Commission for the State Regulation of Communications and Informatization in the Areas of Market Access and Quality of Service Monitoring System

Project purpose: The project is aimed at improving performance in the areas of market access to, and interconnection of, electronic communications networks and associated facilities and monitoring of the quality of electronic communication services through strengthening the regulatory capacity of the National Commission for the State Regulation of Communications and Informatization (NCCIR), the National Regulatory Authority of Ukraine (NRA).

Overall objective: The overall objective of the programme is to improve Public Finance Management in Ukraine (PFM), thereby ultimately improving public service delivery and the business climate.

Specific objective: Support the further development of a modern, efficient and fair revenue collection system. Support relevant PFM institutions in the enhancement of their organizational capacities.

Support to Justice-related Reforms in Ukraine (PRAVO-JUSTICE)

CPMA role:  Partner, responsible for Component 4 “E- Justice” implementation

Overall objective: The objectives of the Pravo-Justice program are part of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement and the Justice Sector Reform Strategy 2015-2020.

Specific objective: The CPMA is responsible for the implementation of PRAVO-Justice Component 4 „E-Justice“. The aim of this component is to improve citizens' access to justice and to promote the use of information technology in court proceedings.
