Estimated duration of project implementation: the aim is to open up school spaces for students by the end of autumn 2023 and by the end of 2023 to install a bomb shelter, and outdoor infrastructure.
The aim of the project: to rebuild and equip one of the three schools in the Borodyanka town of Kiev region. The school is designed for 700 children who study in grades 1-12.
1. Preparation of the Technical work project. Procurement of the Technical work project preparation was finished and on 11/11/2022 was signed an Agreement with LLC Architects bureau "Oksa". The Technical work project was prepared and confirmed on 03/01/2023.
2. Supervision of the implementation of the Technical work project. Procurement of the technical project supervision service was finished and an Agreement with LLC Architects bureau "Oksa" was signed on 11/11/2022. The service of the supervision of the Technical work project will be provided during the entire period of execution of the Contract works.
3. The Contract work of the school building renovation. The contract was signed on 31/01/2023 with LLC “Antares”. A document authorizing construction has been received. The Contract work will be done according to the prepared Technical work project of the school building. The duration of the contract is no longer than 10 months. 100 percent of the building's dismantling work completed.
4. Technical supervision of the school building Contract works. The Agreement was signed on 31/01/2023 with Dmitrij Mykolayovych Luboichenko. The service implementation of the technical supervision is the entire period of execution of the contract works.
5. Installation of bomb shelter for school students. The contract was signed on 11/03/2023 with LLC „Art Bud Service“. The duration of the contract is no longer than 7 months.
6. Technical supervision of the installation of bomb shelter for school students Contract works. The Agreement was signed on 28/03/2023 with Dmitrij Mykolayovych Luboichenko. The service implementation of the technical supervision is the entire period of execution of the contract works.
7. 15/05/2023, a memorandum of understanding on additional funding was signed with the Taiwanese Representative Office in Lithuania, which will be used for environmental improvement and landscaping.
8. School environmental improvement and landscaping works. On 09/08/2023, an agreement was signed with LLC "Galaktika". The duration of work is not more than 3 months.

The aim of the project: to prepare a typical technical project for the construction of schools in Ukraine with the cooperation of Lithuanian, Ukrainian and international architects.
1. On October 5-6, 2023, a creative workshop of Lithuanian and Ukrainian architects, teachers and the community is organized for the preparation of an architectural competition for the future school project.
2. November 2023 it is planned to announce an architectural competition for the preparation of a typical project of the Future School;
3. At the beginning of 2024, it is planned to select the best project idea, with the author of which a contract for the preparation of a typical technical project is concluded.
